Went in to sell some gold. Gave me a fair price as well as showed me some amazing antiques he had around the store. Great experience.
I took some silver to this place to see what I might get out of it, and the guy behind the counter lowballed me so badly I thought he was kidding at first. I understand sometimes you won't even get spot for some of your metals, but how hard is it to be polite to your customers? Anyway, I'm now taking my business to Showcase Coins in Mansfield, and am much happier. Avoid this place.
Came in for work but wanted to know the prices of a few items. The owner was so rude the woman behind the desk's face was red with embarrassment. You would think a small business owner would promote the business/product and answer simple questions...but not this guy. He told us he would have us arrested if we stayed in the business to shop.
