They have changed things. There is now (March 2026) a $97.50 charge to DELIVER salt. I called and asked for 5 bags of salt and a tech to look at my unit to make sure it was working properly. I was told it would cost $97.50 for the tech. I said send him with the salt. They sent a tech. He checked my water and said everything looks fine. I said then bring in the salt.
