Unprofessional. Rude. Renting from them feels like you are renting from a business reminiscent of a third world country. Look online or check your local area on Facebook for other complaints of how they operate like slum lords. It's honestly perplexing how they manage to stay in operation given how many complaints they get.
Wolverine has been nothing but amazing since they took over as management team for my building 9 months ago. They have been very respectful polite and easy to deal with. They have been right there to get things fixed on time and in prompt time. I can't not say a bad thing about them.
Friends of ours dealt with this company and we're lied to about when people moved out while people were still in units.. owners BE AWARE do not trust Robert Braun.
Do not let your child live here! These people are scammers and try to take advantage of young students. My son lived here this past year in his first year of university. During that time his apartment was infested with cockroaches, he did not have working smoke alarms and his front door keypad never worked so they could not lock the door.
