Nice people. A little hard to find the first time. Good service. Used by a lot of tradesmen.
This company's culture is not healthy. The shower installers did not share with owner what happened on their first visit: they backed into my garage apron to turn around and leave on 10/18; they backed up too far and dented the gutter above garage in two places about 18 -24 inches apart. It also dislodged the downspout on left of garage. The gutter had to be replaced; it cost me time and 385 dollars for install of new gutter. At first I thought it was an Amazon truck. I hired Wolverine glass a couple of years ago for a shower glass enclosure. Tom did the measuring and Chris n partner did the install. Excellent workmanship and customer service!! Fast fwd today, I had a minor issue that I called for an appointment on end of last wk. Chris was sent out and fixed the problem. I highly recommend this company, they are professionals that truly care about their customers. A huge thank you shout out to Chris!
The door to our business store wouldn't closed when a gust of strong wind blew it open. They came out right away and help us get it fixed. They provided patience as we had customers coming in and out while fixing the door. Thank you!
Excellent customer service!! Tom Webb went above and beyond to provide phenomenal service. My issue was followed up in a professional, timely and high quality manner. I was very impressed!
