The apartments are beautiful, but the rent is too high for out here in the boonies

Very easily the best renting experience I've had. Management is superb and the floor plans are excellent. I'd highly recommend for anyone moving to the area.
Very nice units, but no sound insulation from active neighbors. Pros: Extremely fast and helpful management responses. In-unit W/D. Electric bill is cheap. Building itself and units are visually pleasing. Relatively spacious units (written from a 1BR/1BA). Kitchen Appliances are modern and work great.
