Charged twice what others charge in the area because of hidden fees. Be careful when working with Mike he's a fast talker but it doesn't make any sense. Then you get the bill and it really doesn't make any sense, I'm getting charged 250$ for a simple irrigation flush. When I called him he says it was for 150$ for the flush and 100$ for inspection. When I asked for a report of his inspection he refused and says I would have to pay more money! Never again
Mike came for a site visit, but never followed through with quote for project as requested. I made additional requests to get the actual quote. Wasted my time. If your time is valuable, look elsewhere. Competitor gladly provided quote and got the job!
Called them to blow out the lawn sprinklers. Didn't show. Called them five times over 10 days and never got a return call (guess my business is not important). Finally called a competitor in the area, they came promptly and did the job for half the price. Came very close to having freezing pipes.
Great team of smart hard working men committed to completing the job to our satisfaction.We are very happy with the upgrades and repairs to our sprinkling system. We would definitely recommend them!
