Debbie made the experience fun and exciting. Very patient and answered all my questions she definitely went above and beyond. I went into another builders model and walked out because the sales agent was terrible and rude.

So far our experience with Lombardo building our new home has been nothing but positive. This is the 5th home that we have had built and this experience so far has been the best of the 5. Our salesperson Debbie Kern has been a pleasure to deal with. With her many years experience she is informative and knowledgeable about the home building experience. Debbie has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We love how transparent Lombardo has been throughout the entire process (so far). We just signed the purchase agreement and can’t wait to continue the relationship throughout the rest of the build.
