They took my Milwaukee backpack in for warranty repair. They said it would be 2-3 weeks until I get it back. 3 Months later their representative said it had gotten ran over by a forklift which took them another couple weeks to send me a new one. I lost a lot of money from the machine charges I did not collect and they did not care at all.
This company sells to professional plumbers. I have dealt with this company since the 1980’s. Never have I had a problem that wasn’t taken care of very professionally and with respect. I have visited the factory 2 times over the years and the people are great and friendly. The quality products that only this company offers is what makes me appreciate them.
