Great automotive shop with high standards. Highly recommended.
Headline: Unprofessional communication and total disregard for customer costs. I had an extremely poor experience with this shop. After my vehicle suffered a gearbox failure in Dawson Creek, I called them four times to confirm if they could handle the repair. Each time, the front desk promised a technician would call me back to discuss the symptoms and pre-diagnosis. Those calls never happened. Best mechanic in FSJ! I had an excellent experience with the team at Wolverine, they went above and beyond to help me get my truck back on the road. Very knowledgeable and excellent workmanship, at a very affordable price. I'd highly recommend for all automotive needs.
Cannot believe how bad my experience was.I asked for a computer readout on my engine.Guess what they phoned and give me a quote to install a new fuel pump and I needed a Windshield for around another $1500.00 plus the $360.00 for no print out. I find it dropped a Valve. So sad such poor work and Zero professionalism. Sad days
