I am just going through the intake process and I originally had spoken to a Bot. I've waited a few weeks and no one has gotten in touch with me. So I called in and had spoken with Kim and she was very unprofessional and even hung up the phone whenI asked her if they can call me back also to let me know if they can't take the case so I wouldn't just be waiting around. I called back in assuming on good faith the call was dropped. I got another lady and she transferred me to Kim who was nice nasty.
I had gotten hurt in an accident, and I called Matt Metzger with a injury case and after he read over the waiver that I signed he had said that it would be in my best interest to try to handle it myself. He had said that with the if I got an attorney involved, they will get their attorneys involved and I would end up getting nothing. Even though he didn't take the case, Matt helped me along the way.
