They are located about 10 minutes out from me. They charged me for drive time from another customer that was two hours away, not my fault they have customer two hours away. Just to check for 10 minutes on the issue to provide me a quote they sent me an invoice for $690.74, after discussing with them they brought it down to $491.54. Still ridiculous to just get a quote. Ordered an electric pallet jack from Wolter. They were fast with their delivery and everything went smoothly. The Rep stayed on site after the unit was delivered and completed a hand on training with the team.
