Really wish that I could go below a 1 star. She is at least 2 years behind on my family ranch’s taxes which is setting me back on applying for the FAFSA so I can continue college. Have left numerous messages and secretary’s have told me they are going to have her call back but still nothing after months of trying. I always get the excuse of “she is out of the office” or “she is busy at the moment.” Would not recommend giving these people your service.
If you do your taxes here they'll hold onto them for 4+ months and lie 3+ times to you about mailing them to you. They'll ignore your phone number because GOD FORBID you call them and want your tax documents back!

Raedawn has been my account for over 10 years and like the previous review stated this company has completely dropped the ball. No communication, won’t return calls or emails then to her incompetence and neglect I lost my business because I couldn’t refinance my house. I didn’t even know she didnt have my taxes done until I tried to refinance my house and then it to Raedawn another 5 months to get it done. She did this TWICE 2 years in a row.
