Sarah at Wolsfelt’s was so helpful when my bridal party and I came to look for my wedding dress. She brought so much energy and eased all my nerves! Once my dress was picked, I went back for alterations which were done perfectly. My dress was stunning and I would recommend Wolsfelt’s Bridal to every bride!!

Amazing dresses and service - But it will cost you! This is exactly what a bridal dress shopping experience should be. Stunning couture gowns, amazingly helpful staff, and being catered to. Wolsfelts offers all those things. They have the most phenomenal changing areas and personalized service. I felt like a queen! Their costs are quite hefty and their dresses can be found elsewhere cheaper with a little research. My dress was $4,000 through them and I bought it direct from the company for $700. Wonderful!! I pulled up in the parking lot and instantly thought I couldn't afford to shop at this store, but I was definitely wrong. I had an appointment with a woman named Pat and she was wonderful and helped me find the dress of my dreams with ease and professionalism. I felt like she cared about my needs and she really listened when I described my special day.

wow what an amazing experience I tried all the upscale places in Chicago and when I went here it was a much better experience. There were about 10 women helping me, as well as, the designer of my dress. The alterations woman was so sweet and amazing and my dress was perfect! I am so glad I went here!

Stay far far far far far away! To be honest one star is too much for this place. The sales associates were very pushy I felt like I was only a dollar sign in their eyes. It was very small and the changing rooms were divided by curtains and sales associates would walk in and stare at me while I was changing. Needless to say I ran as fast as I could to house of brides and was treated much better!

AWFUL PLACE - DONT EVEN BOTHERING GOING As nice as this place may seem when you first walk in, the customer service is TERRIBLE. When I went to this place, I unfortunately found the dress that I absolutely LOVED. The sale staff would not tell me the name of the designer of this dress. The worst part is that they would tell me that they would get back to me with the name of the designer but then they would never call or they would come back with an excuse as to why they could not let me know who made the dress I loved. TERRIBLE customer service! DISHONEST! One star is 1 too many for this place. I am one of 5 bridesmaids. 2 of us have issues with our dress. The other girl is having her alterations done there. Luckily, my Mother sews so I am able to save money on this overpriced dress that needs MAJOR fixing. They measure bust, waist and hip for the dress fitting. I went and picked it up and it barely zipped up the back. It was baggy around the waist and hip. The bust was also loose. (dress is a strapped vneck style) I could barely breathe. ... read more

Amazing Service I can't say enough about Wolsfelts! I got my bridesmaid dresses there and the service and selection were amazing! They make sure the dresses are there and their alterations are great too! Reasonable prices!
