Very disappointing experience dealing with Meghan. From the beginning, Meghan’s tone was rude and dismissive. Instead of assisting customers professionally, she spoke in a way that felt like she was giving orders and asked us to sit somewhere else while she complete the pricing which was surprising and uncomfortable. I had a great experience working with Reilly at the showroom. She helped us organize all plumbing required for 3 bathrooms, as well as many light fixtures. The team was very responsive and helpful I would work with them again and would recommend to others.
Ive spent 23 years as a plumber gas fitter here in Calgary. Whenever I need assistance with specialty fixtures or have a client who would like to customize their bathroom or kitchen, I send them to visit with Meghan at the wolseley showroom. Meghan has always proven to go above and beyond, continuously providing excellent knowledge and service for new clients and my plumbing business. worst customer service on the face of the earth. the managers jackie and coreen enable the showroom consultants terrible behaviour and are only there to gossip. you wont get as little as a hello. have u seen the showroom reviews across the country? these ladies are running this company into the ground.
