Staff were very helpful
Do not go in here if you expect to be served fast, walk in and staff will walk out the back pretending not to acknowledge you walking in. Terrible service, not the first time I’ve had to leave and go elsewhere due to waiting too long. More staff than customers yet they’ll leave you waiting.
Gutted. Service totally gone downhill since closing Marsh Barton. Sowton cannot cope with the extra workload - The brand is drowning, and unfortunately it shows because the phones aren't answered & there's always a queue in branch. Bless the staff, they work hard but it's not their fault. Come on Wolseley management, sort it out.
This branch REALLY IS a waste of space, hardly any staff, never answer emails or even the phone. Wait for ages at the counter, I just dont bother with them anymore, I just go a bit further to the Marsh Barton branch. Better service completely.
Bought a lovely shower.
