Had a leak with a residential pressure boost pump. It appeared as if it was leaking from the 2 gallon pressure tank. Called in on a Saturday and spoke to Erica who was super helpful. She confirmed they had a tank available and I took my old one off and brought it in to make sure it matched. Very reasonable pricing and was easy to deal with as a homeowner (vs plumbing professional). Would definitely recommend.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Twice now I have ordered materials that appear to be in stock on the website only to show up to pick up and none of it is actually available. Absolute joke and a waste of time. Customer service is also awful, which unfortunately tracks in this industry.
This organization is filled with great people who are very kind. But I had had a poor experience, and will not work with them again. In ordered a plumbing part through their sales team, a Roman bath Filler. The part was supposed to include a wand. It didn’t. I picked the part up along side the installation equipment. Once I got home I realized the wand wasn’t there. It was a Friday and now the organization was closed. Luckily they’re open till noon on the Saturday.
