This place is a joke. Unorganized, ignorant, lazy and understaffed. I have never set foot in this place without having to stand around being ignored for 20 minutes. I asked for insulated PEX and I told them the application I was using it for. When I got home and opened the package, I realized they sold me regular PEX with a cheap 1/4 inch foam coating around it. Regular PEX is $1 per foot and the cheap foam insulation it was wrapped in costs 25 cents per foot. they charged me $5 per foot! When I took it back for a refund bec... read more
HOrrible service, staff could care less and showed no desire to help. The senior gentlemen is kinda clueless and the other gentlemen has no desire to even stand up off his chair to help: Just sat there doing NOTHING! Went to Bluewater plumbing they were helpful, stood up and helped!
