Not knowing that there is a Wolseley in Tincap, I called Cornwall first. I received very good help over the phone for the part I need as well as the phone number and location of the Tincap location. I ordered my part and was informed it would be a day or two. The following morning I got a call - the part was in, in less than 24 hrs. Excellent service from both locations. Wow. Customer service still lives. Huge thanks to Bill for spending the time to explain the product, specifications, installation, hardware requirements, etc. I imagine this is how hardware stores used to work back in the day. Brockville is fortunate to have this shop.
