I had the best experience with this store. Hadi helped me find a vent part that I was unavailable almost everywhere in the city. Definitely saved my time and money:)
Ordered an specialty double fan motor in December 2024, had to pay for it up front ($4,200) and was advised it should be in 4-6 weeks. Many excuses later as of April, 2025 and still no product. Not open on weekends and not very freindly, (When I attend this store, I feel like I am in an episode of Seinfeld with the "Soup Nazi") Must be a good businesss model, poor customer service, not open weeekends, and no updates on the back order. I had a very positive experience here last week. A staff member named Dawn (if I recall properly) managed to find an old part for me and rather quickly. Very helpful!
