I went here this morning to parts department and was sent to showroom as i was told Leo would be able to help with specific location of Shower Control Pieces i needed. I had brought parts with me and photos of shower wall control unit . Leo took the time to look things up online , make a phone call identify parts i needed and even showed me how one internal part screw had fallen off and was causing the problem mostly. Leo in the showroom was excellent. Informative, friendly and professional. Helped me with exactly what I was looking for. Outstanding service.
Owner has the most fragile ego I've ever seen. Parked out front because there's a promotion going on across the street and this guy lost his mind because I parked in the second parking space in front of his greasy storefront. Safe to say this is one place that doesn't need your money, avoid like the plague.
