For the lack of staff, they manage to run things well. With only 2 counter men and 1 warehouse guy, they handle a lot and do what they can in a timely manner.
Manager Lee Dixon was very helpful.
If there was an option for 0 stars or demerit stars, I would certainly be going that route. To be clear, I am not a licensed hvac specialist, but I can manage fixing my own appliances in my own house. And at -10C, the urgency to repair is paramount. I was not aware of their policy regarding sale of pressure switches to unlicensed individuals when i walked in the door. While that frustrates me, I understand the policy; even though I must now give that business to Amazon. What prompted this review was the treatment I received.... read more
