Great service reliable people
We ordered some parts needed to finish a project. Info we were given was that the parts were put on a truck in Toronto and sent to Ottawa. After a couple of days of not being able to find our parts, we got them from Grainger. Pretty disappointing really.
Go to these guys. They're knowledgeable, friendly and have a good price. They saved me money. No word of a lie.
Had my first DIY plumbing experience. They were friendly and helpful over the phone and even better in-person!
