I came in here looking for a new part for my kitchen faucet and the man at the counter said "we don't do that here" and when I asked to use the bathroom he told me "there is a bucket out back" and then asked if i could "lend him 20 dollars for some hot dogs".
This place is a joke. 2 maybe 3 people working at front desk! Expect waiting in line for quite some time.
