Today was my second time there. This location has the best customer service out of all 4 Wolseley locations I’ve been to (Burnaby, Poco, Langley, Abbotsford, in that order from best to worst). Shout out to Jeremy in particular who helped me out both times. A lot of Wolseley locations won’t pay any mind to you if you’re not a pro plumber. But not all of us are still in the trade,. Jeremy at burnaby treated normal cash sales like me with dignity and respect.
Effed up my order had to return it
I needed a small adapter for my bidet. The technician went all his way to help me find one at another supplier’s as Wolseley didn’t have anything in stock. They will do anything to help you! I am very grateful! Highly recommended for any plumbing needs! Thank you, Wolseley! And did I mention how organized and beautiful the store is!
