They are my angels!!! I was trying to get the following all over North Vancouver….tried Home Depot, Emco, Rona etc all I got from them was the answer ‘No, we don’t have it’…when I walked into Wolseley showed them the picture of what I need, they found it immediately …. I was looking for a faucet cartridge, I came to this place and asked the gentleman about availability! He’s answer was funny,he said you can go to google search by picture and try to find it,he said I can find it and order it for you but try with google! I said are you guys doing same way for all your customers?? I prefer to shop for local plumbing supplies here than anywhere else. Sometimes the counter staff is moody, -1 star.
1. Hostile and unfriendly staff (Paul). I am a novice DIYer and asked for advice. There are three guys there and the youngest one was helpful and friendly. Paul was pretty hostile from the beginning when I collected a bunch of fittings and couldn’t buy it because they had a power glitch and although power was back on, Paul said “computers will take long to load and we’re closing soon”.
