As others have mentioned, they don't seem to want to help, or have your business. After being referred here to get a part for my old tap set, I was told that without knowing what brand it was, it would be impossible to find any parts. Even though I had the parts to compare to their catalogue. So I went home and spent a few minutes, found the part I needed on their website, and went to Rona with the part number to get what I needed from them. Needless to say, I have no reason to recommend or visit.
Once again I've been dealing with these people for over 40 years. Although personal have changed but the service remains the same. Absolutely great
