My husband and I went in to get plumbing parts for a bidet toilet that shipped with non N America part. 3 people behind the counter and no help was offered when requested. We were directed to the row of parts and told to look ourselves…we are not plumbers and felt entirely overwhelmed by the process of fitting multiple parts together to build the part needed.
