Completely useless "customer service." If your goal is to drive away business, then keep the grumpy person at the counter. I'm editing this review with additional details. I have had experience with Wolseley in the past and it doesn't matter which location you go to, they absolutely hate homeowners coming into bother them. I asked about a pressure switch for my jet pump that was screwed up and the guy was so rude and unhelpful and he wouldn't help me with my request. Amazing staff and great manager
Terribly rude & unhelpful!
Rob at the front counter was very helpful and professional...he made suggestions but did not try and sell you things you don't need for your project. Being in the customer service industry myself I would definitely go back there for my needs.
