Absolutely the worst pricing...quoting me double than sheret....and not even stocking BASIC replacement parts for AO SMITH VERTEX heaters. Eg. Igniters and kwire assembly should be plentiful. Don't buy aosmith. And certainly Don't buy from wosley. Or your customer will be waiting WEEKS for hot water. Also new customers can expect a lengthy onboarding process...just to set up an account. Time suck will cost you thousands.
Had a great experience dealing with the folks, especially Brian, at Wolsely just off 32nd ave. He answered all my questions and was quick to gather up all that I needed. He also had a great attitude towards me.
Not only was Brian able to procure and fast track some incredibly difficult to find items for us the other day, but also worked with me last minute when another supplier fell through and we needed something else TODAY. Wolseley didn't have the item in stock, but he's very knowledgeable and figured out a solution combining two other parts together which worked perfectly. Strongly recommend visiting this location over the others, everyone here was very friendly and helpful. 10/10 should give that guy a raise!
Lazy staff, don't want to get off their stool and don't keep stock in common plumbing fittings. Go anywhere but here
It's a small place so they might not have everything you need. But if you know exactly what you're looking for and want to be in and out quick. They'll take care of ya.
