If you are not a trades person. Stay away!!! I got charged top dollar for buying as cash customer and when I asked to exchange a bathtub due to incorrect size they charged me 25% restocking fee. Stay away!! Customer service is not part of the culture in this store.

Owen, Rolf and Shamus always give me excellent service and am treated like family everytime I come in. I recommend this business over every other plumbing and HVAC wholesaler, their expertise and work ethics are second to none.
