A good store as long as you know exactly what you are looking for and are a professional tradesperson. Customer service is not their specialty — especially for DIY folks who do not necessarily understand the plumbing lingo and need extra assistance. One staff member was quite unhelpful, edgy in tone, almost to the point of being rude, and seemed more interested getting back to the front desk chit chat. I am a tradesman, I need wholesale services daily. Wolsely treats me extremely well EVERY single time I come here. Shamus, Rolf, Dwayne, Alex and Bob in a the back show me the best service, work ethic and expertise anywhere on the island. Im very grateful I have these guys behind me, I’ve had experiences in other towns which were shameful compared to what’s offered here. I’d give 10 stars if I could.
I am a professional builder, I need wholes sale services and on a daily basis. Today Alex bent over backwards to ensure myself and my clients were taken care of, this level of service is rare today and I’ll forever be a customer of Wolsely based on how they treat me and my colleagues.
