They always go above and beyond to help me out and keep me updated on new and existing products and availability. Great supply house with excellent staff. A lot of great improvements lately and more coming with equipment availibility and shipping times.

Amazing customer service and the texting feature is beyond helpful. I had no idea what parts I needed to repair my hot water tank. The team was extremely resourceful and located any parts necessary and remained in communication with me. Anything they didn't have in stock was shipped from Edmonton in record time. In the end, we did need to return the parts and purchase a new tank all together - The return process was just as easy. Very friendly and very patient staff. Highly recommend!
