If you ask simple questions, you get feedback that our wholesaler doesnt supply that product. No awareness or problem solving abilities to offer other products. Unless the old boy working owns the place id monitor his actions.
Stay away from this branch and Wolseley in general . This branch manager has no customer service skill set whatsoever. I have had an account at Wolseley for 14 years and it shows as an active account . I’m the president of the company and history shows all my activity . This clown had never seen me before so he treated me as if I was some homeless guy walking in off the street and thought he was doing me a “ favor “ He asked to see my gas license. My experience dealing with this location has always been excellent. Friendly & knowledgeable staff, great service, and fair pricing. Would definitely recommend. They helped me a couple weeks ago getting everything I needed to plumb in my new vanity.
