Absolute worst customer service They do not answer phone calls and the website is basically trash.
Called in looking for a specific plumbing part, and talked to Tyler. While he didn't have what I was looking for, he offered to order it in for me with approximately a two week lead time. He did not talk down to me or try to sell me something different. That's customer service, and that's what earns loyal customers. I am 100% willing to support a business that appreciates their customers, and I will keep Wolseley in mind on future projects.
