Terribly awful customer service. A staff member working there was verbally aggressive with little to no reason. I understand you have some concerns, but you can communicate it clearly and with a polite or even kind tone without having to be aggressive and demeaning without having exchanged one word prior. You can buy all these things online for much cheaper with some kind of insurance that it will work, without having to deal with these kind of people.
