Move to the area a few months ago and decided it was time to transfer all my medical needs to this area. I call this Klinik explaining my situation and my needs and they tell me that even if I get my medical history that it would take too long to go through everything and told me to go somewhere else.. are you kidding me?? Lol what a joke
Been trying to call this place for three weeks to make an appointment and they never answered the phone
receptionist at the clinic side was rude, held such an annoyed attitude towards us. Once we figured out the layout of the clinic itself we were helped by a friendly fellow, though when we first met them they were getting up from one of the patient beds. Needed to get some refills, so instead of seeing a doctor the friendly person just sent us away and said they would fax the prescription to the pharmacy. Would be 1 star but with a friendly face and charming smile it gets 2 stars
