*I have edited this review to 5 star as I've personally noticed big improvements. Thank you. It's a shame because the doctors and nurses here are wonderful but one particular receptionist has been repeatedly abrupt and dismissive to me and others, even given wrong information. On two occasions she said she'd get information and call or message me, and she does not. I hate leaving negative reviews but please do something!
a weeks wait for a doctors appointment and then a 40 minute wait in the reception. the staff on reception have disgusting attitude and don’t care about you :)
Great service, always a doctor available. Need to go more and more due to multiple issues but always friendly. Best surgery I've ever been to!
