Great experience in total! I have an ibc boiler which needs a part replacement. This is a quite uncommon brand and not a lot of HVAC stores carry it. Even less stores(online / offline) deal with individuals and require business account. Wolseley has the part, with reasonable price. Special thanks to Chin Ping who answered my call and served me at the store, with passion and professionlism. Un lugar especializado en productos de plomeria, con múltiples opciones, los productos muy organizados lo que permite que se encuentre rápidamente lo que uno busca, un excelente servicio al cliente, muy buena orientación y asesoría tanto telefónica como en el almacén. Tienen igualmente sala de venta con muestras para cocinas y baños, muy recomendado.
Je suis arrivé dans le stationnement á 16h 53 min, mais les employés de Wolseley étaient déjà dans leur chars et la porte du magasin barré avec le grillage même si sur l’affichage d’horaire c’était bien écrit que le magasin ferme à 17h Maintenant est-ce que je dois faire confiance dans la companie Wolseley quand je sais que leur employés sont pas fiables?
