I came to Wolper after knee surgery and a recommendation that I must go to Wolper from my Girlfriends mother. I am from a Catholic background. This hospital makes you feel you are part of a large family. And everyone from the Physio teachers to the nurses and patients all make you feel welcome. I worked here briefly almost 10 years ago. While the hospital facilities were excellent, I found the workplace culture during night shifts to be overly strict and, at times, unsupportive. I personally felt uncomfortable with how staff interactions were managed and didn’t find it to be the right environment for me. EDIT: the passive aggressive response from this establishment only proves my point and confirms my decision to move into much better things.
Keeping my mother and law safe and sound. Heard sandwiches are amazing there. They even have a little balcony there too. I feel at peace knowing she is there.
Once again (another operation) I was at Wolper for about 10 days followed by out-patient care for 10 sessions. And once again - incredible service from everyone. The incredible nurses, doctors, cleaners, food and more - I could not be more grateful. The outpatient care is so well organised and for me yielded wonderful results. A special shout out to physio Andreas who literally did miracles for my recovery - and then rang me post completion to check on me. Thank you Wolper Team.
