I am a former patient of Dr. Mitchell's at Northwestern medicine. I scheduled an appointment two months ago to get a check up and I came here at the office was extremely hard to find and when I came, no one was there the door was locked. I called the front desk and no one answered. I am very disappointed.

Such a great environment! Staff is super sweet and responsive when it comes to questions or concerns. I have to admit after many years of having issues with Gynecologists Dr. Mitchell has been the best I’ve ever talked to. She is so calm and kind and willing to walk you through everything. I’ve never felt so heard and seen!! would recommend this place to all my girlies out there 🩷
I had multiple women tell me what a wonderful doctor's office this was and they were correct! Kind, patient and gentle. 5 stars!!
