Great value and great location. Carolyn & Mark are amazing hosts.
Very rude and unprofessional front staff.. especially the lady. Worst customer service. EDIT : as I can’t reply What a joke! 🤣 The only time there was ever a complaint was right when we had just moved in and were sorting furniture, and that was addressed straight away. Other than that, there were no ongoing noise issues. And saying we were calling at 1–3am makes no sense…however you guys were quite uncooperative regarding our issues whenever we contacted you.
