My experience was so bad, I won’t return to have the other eye done with her. The highlites; the phone was broken at one clinic for over a month, putting patients on hold when no one was there. They knew and didn’t fix it. Mine and another patients post surgery appointments were scheduled after hours and we couldn’t get in to the building. No phone numbers work after hours. Highly recommended. All of the staff from Dr Agarwal to reception are super professional and helpful. They explained all aspects of the surgery in detail and took the time to answer my questions, ensuring I was completely informed throughout the entire process.
I am very happy with the results of my surgery. Dr S Agarwal was incredibly professional and experienced. Along with the rest of the team at Wollongong Refractive Laser Eye Institute, they made the whole process very comfortable for me from start to finish.
