Darren promptly replied to my query despite me leaving a message on a Sunday, and was on site fixing my hot water tank the very next morning. He also took the time to walk me through all of my repair/replacement options with pros and cons of each. We were very happy with the service and will definitely give him a buzz again for our hot water needs!
