Rude and useless, receptionist clearly hates her job

Literally the best doctor in the Illawarra. Has taken care of my entire family for more than 10 years.
id give 0 if i could. cannot and will not see anyone 'new' unless they have a family member already seeing them. even when explained i need a 2nd opinion i was told no. even tho on their website they have booking available.
