I travelled down last month from the country for an ultrasound, bringing my previous scans with me. On the way out I asked for the scans as they are not available online and it's important the specialist sees them for comparison, and was told they couldn't be found and would be posted out to me. I called and inquired and was told they won't be posting the scans. I am now having to make a SEVEN HOUR round trip on Monday to collect them.
Had an MRI done, this morning, at Wollongong Diagnostics and the experience was excellent. Louise (Radiologist) made the whole process smooth and comfortable, and Julie & the team at the front desk were absolutely amazing — friendly, helpful, they made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. Thanks to both / the team for the great service!
The lady who did my mri, was so nice and helpful, really made me comfortable
