I had a wonderful experience. The lady who did my CT scan was very friendly and professional. I will definitely return for any future scans.
We’ve been coming here for our pregnancy ultrasounds for a while now. We had tried other imaging places but when we had Daniel we decided he was the only one we wanted. Daniel made our experience a magical one. He cared. Thank you Daniel for making our experiences always one to remember.
I rang Wollongong Diagnostics on Tuesday morning and Jason answered the phone. I was in great pain and desperately needed treatment. Jason was so kind and patient in looking around all facilities to find me an appointment. The treatment itself was carried out very professionally. Even though we were so close to Xmas the team then found me a follow up appointment a few days later to complete the treatment. Highly recommend Wollongong Diagnostics to all. Thanks Jason! It would be nice to speak to a human instead of a machine when booking appointments over the phone. I stated the date of birth and it was completely wrong when the machine said it back to me. I am a young person that speaks fluent English. I would hate to see a older person that has English as there second language try and book an appointment over the phone.
The new automated phone answering is painful !!!!
