They are really kind and caring highly recommend coming here haven't had much great experience at any other so well done to the receptionist and imaging people. Definitely made me feel warm and welcoming.
Waited 1hr 30mins for a 3minute scan. Front of house staff offered no comment RE wait times. A courtesy call to bookings prior to attending would have given me the option to arrive later.
Very bad experience from this diagnosis centre. Yesterday I had my 36 weeks scan but unfortunately I got late 6 minutes and already informed them and I was waiting in the reception for 4 minutes total 10 minutes late. The lady who came to do my scan ( bit old and don’t know her name there was no name badge) was very rude to me due to I was late for 10 minutes. She has applied the gel on my tummy and she pushed down my lower abdomen with scanning nob very deeply in the beginning time and it was very painful. I felt that she w... read more
I had terrific experience for my Doppler. Very clean waiting area. Reception staff responsive. Female blonde ultrasoundist outstanding professional ( apologies - forget name ). All helpful as I was on crutches. I have MRI next week at Corrimal so see how that goes. I've been to all imaging places around Wollongong over the years. I'll now ask for Wollongong Diagnostics as my first choice. Poor patient management, long waiting times beyond appointment time, poor communication. Avoid if able
