Asian receptionist at front counter/triage is horrible to incoming and waiting patients. Literally barks commands and dismisses questions from patients that ask politely. I attended this clinic yesterday with a family member and witnessed her berate and almost make a patient cry. Patients medicare card had just expired and she was waiting for a new one to be sent out.
