My mom had an appointment at 10:20, and we arrived early. However, when we got there, the receptionist was taking a long time to gather information. Due to the delay, they ended up rescheduling the appointment. My mom is sick and unable to leave the house due to her back pain. It's disappointing that this happened, and I hope the receptionist can be replaced as soon as possible.
