There is a great selection of glasses to suit all budgets and Brett & Rach take real care in helping you select the best option. I have recommended WCO to colleagues and they agree the customer service is unmatched!
I had an absolutely fantastic experience here, I was in a complete bind after my specs suddenly broke the day after I moved to Wollongong, leaving me unable to see anything. Rachel was an absolute lifesaver. She went completely above and beyond, calling Specsavers herself to track down my prescription. Thanks to her prompt and proactive help, I had my new specs ready the very next day. I am so incredibly grateful—I honestly don't know what I would have done without her. Exceptional customer service!

After leaving my glasses in a hotel in Sydney i desperately needed a new pair to avoid the rest of my holiday being very blurry. Whilst my optician chain i use in the UK could not help me they pointed me to the guys at wollongongcityoptical. The service i received here was exceptional they were able to take my prescription and provide me with a great looking pair of glasses in under an hour!
