I will coming back again…. Not only are they friendly experienced and very knowledgeable in the industry but also had a great turn around time in receiving my glasses. They are also very happy if something isn’t completely correct they would like to know and make you feel very comfortable. Amazing
Awesome Experience. I got my glasses in 30 minutes as opposed to the 2 weeks quoted by several other vendors, including Specsavers. Highly recommended. Brett was great.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! The couple who run it, as well as the optometrist, are some of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve ever met. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel so welcome and taken care of! I will never go anywhere else! Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional care from truly wonderful people.
I couldn't recommend Wollongong City Optical enough! Rachel and Brett are fantastic at what they do, they are super helpful, knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond in all aspects.
