Customer service unparalleled.
I arrived and was met by a staff member who explained what will happen. I was given an approximate time to pick up my vehicle and the young lady was pleasant and courteous. the price was up front and didn't change on pick up. Was on time and allover a good experience.

Sat at the yard on flinders st for half an hour along with another customer who had been waiting to book in for her service for over an hour. Finally got through on the phone and was told that there are no services done there and was told we were at the wrong location ( no signage) there are two Wollongong city motors, apparently this happens to a lot of customers.
