Very happy with our dealings with Wollongong City Motors. From the sales consultant to the service centre, the experience has been great
NO WAY My god-daughter just purchased a demonstrator car with Hyundai Wollongong City Motors and is very upset. When she showed me the vehicle she just collected, it smells distinctly of urine. I would hope that the company would make immediate contact with A and sort this issue out, in which case this review will be adjusted. How despicable.
BE CAREFUL. While finalising paperwork they sneakily tried to add an extra $2 000 to the advertised price of a new car. If doing business with them take care. Adding to that review: later in the day when the car was collected it smelt of urine! Had someone urinated in the car in response to my damning review!? I wanted to confront them about it but my daughter (who was the person purchasing the car) was completely drained by the whole experience and just wanted it over. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
Bella deserves more that 5 stars! She has gone above and beyond. She is super genuine, helpful, caring and has amazing customer service. 100% recommend her!!
Highly recommended, Ryan was very helpful. He was friendly and professional with great knowledge of the car. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ryan and this dealership.
